The batch cooker is a cooking equipment that takes into account sterilization, hydrolysis and drying. The batch cooker is compact in design and simple in installation, and can adapt to the processing requirements of various materials. The batch cooker is mainly used to sterilize, hydrolyze and dry animal by products such as mixed meat offal and bones, raw blood, wet feathers and mixed poultry offal.

The batch cooker is indirectly heated by steam. In addition the steam is passed through the jacket, also passed between the middle pipes and the wall pipes, so the materials can contact the steam flow surface to a greater extent and ensure the uniformity of the cooking process. The cooker body and rotor are made according to the GB150 pressure vessel design specification requirements to ensure the stable operation of the product.
